MicroLaserPeel™

Dr. J. David Kriet and Dr. Clinton D. Humphrey can treat a number of skin imperfections with the advanced new treatment system called the Sciton MicrolaserPeel™. The Sciton MicrolaserPeel™ is tailored to treat specific skin conditions such as scars, keratoses, wrinkles and uneven pigmentation. Sometimes called the “weekend” skin peel, the MicrolaserPeel™ goes further than other treatments, such as microdermabrasion, by removing 20 to 50 microns of skin. The laser vaporizes the sun-damaged skin layer which is replaced by healthy skin cells. This process reveals newly refreshed and smoother skin which is apparent 5 to 7 days after treatment. A package of three to four treatments will deliver the best results; however, the number of treatments necessary for your personal goals will be determined at your initial consultation. Patients are generally able to return to normal activities two to four days after the MicrolaserPeel™.
